home

I'm not a stay at home kind of girl.

I prefer to be out of the house as much as possible.

Espeically when it means that my 3 guys and I are inside together for a long period of time.

Let's be honest. It usually means there is fighting, tears, and frustration when we're trapped inside too long.

But then there are days when it is seamless.

There is no fighting, tears, or frustration.

Instead we have creativity, preoccupation, and cooperation.

And even a rare willingness to take a pic with me when I point out that we are dressed like twins with our blue tops and black jeans. I didn't even get an eye roll.

Fun times.

What about you? Are you a stay in or go out type?

Much love,
Katie

I am both ways. A day in is cool but like last week when i had 5 days in a row and the inability to leave the house due to sick kids (translation: stranded).. that is not a good stay home type of feel. You catch my drift? It looks like you had a grand "good stay home" type of day. xoxo PS I grabbed your button. Love it.

I'm a good mix of both. Seriously winter makes me want to stay in. I hate that about winter, because I'm usually a "I want to go out" type of person. Being a SAHM mom I can handle about half the week in and half the week out of the house. I'm usually ALWAYS home by nap time though.....when I worked I used to poke fun at those types of moms...now I completely understand....haha!

I have become such a homebody since having my third. This sounds awful but because I know how difficult it is to drag a little one out...sometimes I opt to do it when she's sleeping and hubby is home. Is that awful?!?

I stay in more during the cold months. I don't like the 'shorter days' and I can't stand the cold.

I sooooooooo hear you. The days that are fun without teasing/fighting/tears are such a rarity. Maybe we should take some pointers here, dominos and treasure map.... that did the trick?!?! Love the photos!!!

Depends on the day, but I mostly stay in. This has to do with more of the fact that I live in a tiny town and there is no where to go out! It also has to do with the fact I have an 8 month old. But some days, I just have to get in the car and go shopping!

Oh i hear ya on this one!
I can't stand the stay home days filled with tears, fighting and frustration... they are SO exhausting.
I like to be home, and am a homebody, but it is fun to get the kids out and have fun too. :)

I am definitely a go out type unless it's rainy or really cold. Glad you guys' had a good day staying in together. :)

I think I've become a homebody. and especially during the winter time. the hard part is that the house becomes a disaster zone when we've been home all day. I can stay home about 2 days in a row without going out and then day 3 I may need to be released for a bit lol :) It looks like your kids find such good ways to entertain themselves!

I know how these days can go with three five and under. I love when they surprise you and just play so sweetly and calmly too. Thank you for being at the blog hop. I'm your newest follower. xoxo

I understand I am an outside of the house person too. But when days are good inside there is nothing better.

Don't you just love those days when everyone cooperates? It looks like those dominoes caught everyone's imaginations.

I am such a stay in type! But I try to get out as much as possible. I'm usually out 5 days out of 7. The other 2 are lazy days (or frantically cleaning days).

I am such a home body!! I love home! however I hear you with kids you gotta get out!! It is getting colder y the day which means come winter we can't go to the park or on walks...they it becomes a must to leave the house...for everyone's sanity :)

Beautiful pictures! I need to work on my indoor picture taking skills...they do not look like yours at all! :) And I'm definitely a stay-in type of girl, but my husband is an outdoorsy person all the way...so a little bit of compromise is needed!

I am half and half. Some days I love being in the house, other days I love being outdoors. Thanks so much for joining in on the Tag-Along Thursday Blog Hop, Em
