new territory

Hi there bloggy friends.

I hope today finds you well. I'm just kicking it in the lawn chair while watching my kids play wall ball in the front of our house.

I'm feeling pretty stoked for a few reasons at the moment:

1. It is my perfect weather...low 70's, sunny, and a tad breezy.

2. I have on new shoes and a new top curtesy of my MIL (mother-in-law) who gifted me an Old Navy Gift card and the shoes.

3. My kids have not had any freakish meltdowns or fighting episodes...yet.

I just want you to know that I'm about to venture into a land that I've never ventured before. I'm about to set up a link for my blog. It is going to be titled, It's a God thing.

So start thinking, mamas. What is it this week that has been a God thing for you? Has there been a moment, a verse, a lesson, a photo, time with your family, a prayer request, something funny???

Link up on Sunday. I am probably going to open it up early in the morning. I've thought about opening it on Sat. night since Sunday mornings can be so rushed in this casa. Even though we attend second service at our church, we always end up showing up 10 minutes late.

Ugh.

Thoughts on this???

I can't wait to see you share!

Please let your readers know you'll be linking up so we can encourage lots of blog lovers.

Much love,
Katie

Lovin this weather too. So nice to be outside.

my lesson of the week- we are soo soo soo blessed as christians! Life moves so fast, and for me this week helping someone who is in need has made a huge impression on me. I've stopped complaining about what I want or need and really thought about how very much I have. The world is full of needy people. We are not only prospersous financially but in knowledge, love, and healthy too. That is his will for us all. It feels so good to be able to share what we have with others. I think that is what our Father wants us to do,love people, bless people,be a Godly example, showing them the way to him. You can be a powerful witness without being wierd or constantly asking them to come with you to church.

*Gods word does not return void.

*To whom much is given much is required.

Just some thoughts...:) Looking forward to the link up! xo
